Nordic Walking ist der ideale Vier-Jahrszeiten-Sport.
Ein sanftes Ausdauertraining in freier Natur macht nicht nur Spaß, sondern fördert die Leistungsfähigkeit und man fühlt sich wohl in seiner Haut.
Mit Nordic Walking können Verspannungen im Schulter-Nackenbereich gelöst werden – die Wirbelsäule wird mobilisiert und das Immunsystem gestärkt.
Um alleine oder auch in der Gruppe zu walken ist eine Technikschulung unbedingt notwendig. Im Nordic Walking Kurs werden Technik, Pulsmessung, Spaß und vieles mehr vermittelt.
